If a map could tell a story, what would it say? ArcGIS StoryMaps allow you to combine maps, text, videos, sound, and photos into a narrative or ‘story’ about an issue, an area, or some topic that you want to share with others. The limits to this are only the extent of your imagination to share results of a community project, showcase traditional knowledge and oral histories, and thousands of other types of stories. A story map is an excellent way to engage and communicate with your community members, administration, and decision makers. It is also a good way to educate people about life and issues that may exist in your community.
