This presentation provides an overview of a continuing research project by Touchwood Agency Tribal Council communities, Saskatchewan Indigenous Cultural Center, and First Nations University to explore the Indigenous culture, histories, and connections to south-central Saskatchewan. Our work underscores the importance of maps to access language and memory related to traditional land use and as a key for reconciliation.
