This session will show you how to use ArcGIS Pro to map traditional land uses, based on The Firelight Group’s “Direct-to-Digital” data-collection method. You’ll see a preview of the upcoming Direct-to-Digital Esri (D2De) tool for ArcGIS Pro, and you’ll learn how to use this tool to conduct interviews with community members and draw points, lines, and areas on a 3D globe. You’ll also learn how to set up your maps in ArcGIS Pro to work without an Internet connection, which is useful for conducting interviews in remote areas.
