After two years of virtual events, the 2022 Indigenous Mapping Workshop will focus on building connections and reinstating relationships through in-person engagements. The safety of our attendees is our highest priority, and all local health and safety protocols will be followed. However, after the success of our two virtual Indigenous Mapping Workshops, we are very excited to announce the launch of 2022IMW: Alberta – which will be our first-ever hybrid event! Giving Indigenous people across Turtle Island the tools and training they need to share their stories has always been our goal and for those unable to attend in-person, we wanted to make this year’s programming available online, as well.
