Mapbox is like a toolkit for making digital maps – online web maps, mobile applications, interactive storytelling maps, and more. In this session, we’ll introduce what Mapbox is all about and how it can be useful for you.
We’ll share examples of what people have built with Mapbox. Then we’ll take a short tour of the core Mapbox tools and documentation so you know where to start. We’ll explain how the Mapbox Community team works and how you can access supports for community projects. We’ll also give an orientation to the other Mapbox sessions offered at IMW2021 so you know which ones you won’t want to miss!
