Vegetation indices are a quick and easy way to assess vegetation health, burn severity, biomass and many other landscape conditions. In this session you will use ArcGIS Pro to learn how to calculate a vegetation index using satellite imagery. You will also learn how to interpret and visualize this imagery. This approach can be used for other types of imagery such as from drones. This a repeat of the session from Day 1, but using QGIS.
